Ushering in the new year with a big bang, Cats FM has teamed up with Kuching Connection Management (KC) to bring in the best shufflers throughout the state for the CATS FM UNITE FEST 2008 GRAND FINALE!!
With the tagline, Music Unites Us, The UNITE FEST 2008 began in January 2008. After 12 stages, involving 80 shuffle groups from all of Sarawak, 15 best groups have been selected for the finals.

Amoebar recently held a party themed Back to School on the 18th of December. This event was brought to you by Amoebar and True Card, partnered with Cats.fm and ilovekuching.com. Last Saturday night (13th Dec ‘08), the Boulevard Shopping Mall management held a gig at the mall itself inviting 6 performers for the night. It started roughly about 8.30 p.m..There was also a carnival in conjunction with the celebration. Pirate ship rides, food and fun fair games could be found around and about, near the stage. The emcee for the night was sporting a pirate bandana which was very Jack Sparrow-ish. Can you say savvy?
